FAQ
Do we pay a
deposit?
Large groups booking by invoice must pay a 20% deposit to secure their date and time. Your booking is not complete until we receive this payment. Fill out the form below and we will send an invoice with the deposit amount included. Your deposit counts towards your final balance.
How much does it cost?
Tickets for all adults and children are $29 per person. On Mondays and Thursdays, student groups are eligible for our student discount of 40% off. Discounts do not stack.
High Seas Hazard pricing is tiered, not per player. Please inquire below for a quote or email us for more information.
What if some of my participants don't show up?
Please confirm your headcount to the best of your ability a week before your event. Because coordinating large groups can be tricky, we are willing to adjust your invoice on the day of your event to reflect the total number of participants.
Please note: For every five people who have reserved tickets and don't arrive on the day of your event, you will incur a $20 fee. This is to offset the costs of prescheduled staffing. For example: If you have a booking for 20 participants and only 10 arrive, you won't have to pay for their tickets, but there will be an additional $40 fee.
High Seas Hazard groups may change their headcount up to a week in advance, at which time the price will be locked.
These policies exist to offset staffing costs and ensure our workers are scheduled appropriately. We appreciate your understanding.
When do we need to book?
The sooner, the better! Booking early means more flexibility with your date and time. Large groups must officially book at least one week before your event. High Seas Hazard requires a booking at least two weeks in advance of the event.
Can we bring minors?
Our rooms are recommended for ages 8 and up, however Operation Honeycomb has a mode created for 5-10 year olds. Children under fourteen must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Adults must pay for a ticket to chaperone their minors and count towards the total number of players when referring to maximum occupancy. All minors must have a waiver signed for them by a responsible party (18+). For everyone's safety, we do not allow children under the age of five.
Do you support tax exempt status for non-profits?
We are happy to accommodate tax exempt groups. Please email us a copy of your form to have the change reflected on your invoice. Make sure to mark on your form if you are tax exempt.
Do you cater?
We do not cater food or have space for those accommodations at our store, however we are approximately 15 minutes from the Denton Square. Many of our groups visit Andy B's of BJ's, which are about 15 minutes South from our location. Please contact us with any questions about this policy.
Do you allow BYOB?
Quandary Escape Adventures does not allow alcohol to be served or consumed on the premises. Players are welcome to bring non-alcoholic drinks in closed, sealed containers.
